You’ve just received one of our hand-tied bouquets — beautifully arranged, lovingly wrapped, and delivered with care. Now what?
With just a few simple steps, you can enjoy your flowers for even longer and help them stay as fresh and vibrant as the moment they arrived.

1. Unwrap with Care

Start by removing the paper and ribbon carefully, keeping the hand-tie intact if you’d like to pop it straight into a vase. Our flowers are arranged to hold their shape beautifully, but feel free to rearrange them if you’re feeling creative.

2. Trim the Stems

Using sharp scissors or secateurs, trim 1–2cm off each stem at a 45° angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more efficiently. Do this every 2–3 days to keep them fresh.

3. Choose the Right Vase

Pick a vase that supports the height and size of your bouquet. Clean it thoroughly before use — bacteria in a dirty vase is one of the quickest ways to shorten your flowers’ life.

4. Fill with Fresh Water

Use lukewarm water and add the flower food we’ve provided. Change the water every two days, and rinse the vase each time.

5. Keep Cool and Away from Heat

Place your bouquet in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, radiators, and fruit bowls (yes, really — fruit gives off ethylene gas which can cause flowers to wilt).

6. Remove Any Drooping Stems

It’s natural for some flowers to fade earlier than others. Simply remove them to allow the rest of the bouquet to continue shining.

A Final Thought

We put our heart into every bouquet we make — from selecting the blooms to tying the final bow. With just a bit of daily care, your flowers can keep bringing beauty and joy into your home for as long as possible.
